Converged 2 support teams (~125 global support agents) from disparate systems — ServiceNow (Fuji) and Salesforce — onto a single ServiceNow instance in 84 business days, using Incident and Customer Service Management. Later presented the approach at ServiceNow’s Knowledge18 (“How GE Digital Implemented CSM and ITSM at Record Pace!” — 4.2/5.0 speaker rating).

Implemented ServiceNow as IT Asset Management (~30,000 hardware items, ~5,000 software titles) in 6 months — 2 months ahead of schedule, with the assistance of an implementation partner — generating $40,000 in contract-labor savings.
